Scorched Earth

Kristen Mohninger (preferred pronouns she/her) is a Vancouver-based artist who focuses on reiterations of issues surrounding identity, mental health and avocation for voices who can’t speak for themselves. She explores multiple mediums including drawing, painting, printmaking, and photography.
“My work consists of the intent to focus on the fragility of raw vulnerability. Exploring, experimenting and researching relationships between people, nature and the spaces they exist in was something that both intrigued me and continues to lead to further investigation.”
