Yuanbao Dong, also known as “David“, is a student in pursuit of achieving the highest level of classical realism. David’s work focuses on portraying everyday objects, people, and landscapes in its simplest and realest form, both physically and emotionally. By eventually mastering the techniques of the old masters, David hopes to teach and pass this knowledge down to the next generation of students, like how his teachers once influenced him.
David will continue his studies full-time at
The Florence Academy of Art.
