PROJECT BRIEF
A visual identity system for a virtual, secret organization. A satire on meaninglessness itself, all of the elements, archaeological finds and research documents are made to approximate reality and create confusion by passing off the spurious as genuine. It extends the conceptual visual communication design and welcomes the culture of the re-creation community.
This project aims to create a believable alternate history by designing a world that feels authentic. Similar to set design in the film industry, every fleeting document, archive, and subtle detail within it rings true and fits seamlessly. Not only have I designed these contents, but I’ve also actually produced them in reality using appropriate materials. This includes access cards with heavy wear and tear, weighty metal badges, documents for secret meetings meticulously aged, and a microscopes imaged true-to-size stone tablet rubbings.
